Kylie Peters

Kylie Peters (she/her) is a Belong: Fox Valley co-founder who grew up in the Chicago suburbs with five younger sisters and an excessive amount of books. Predictably, she now works as a public librarian who specializes in serving teenagers. She is gray-aroace.  Her few experiences of sexual attraction seem to have stemmed from some combination of sugary beverages, loud music, and the divine intervention of a trickster god who enjoys making her confused. She is passionate about creating a sense of belonging for queer people of all kinds. She is especially interested in educating others about asexual and aromantic identities, so they can avoid some of the angst she experienced before she understood what those terms really meant.
